Supply Chain Optimization

Supply Chain Optimization is all about minimizing inefficiencies in your supply chain. This could mean:

  1. Consolidating volumes among a fractured supply base

In our kickoff meeting, we will get to know your business and the current Supply Chain issues you're facing. Because we've been managing global supply chains for over 18 years, we understand the complexities of managing product shipments in challenging local geographies and cross-border movements.

Once we understand your business. we'll provide a comprehensive analysis of your supply chain and present our findings and recommendations to you based on our Strategic Sourcing Methodology.

What We'll Do

Our 5-Steps for Strategic Sourcing:

  1. Define

    • We define your project scope and objectives. These typically involve prioritizing for cost/ lead time/ risk management.

  2. Analyze

    • We conduct a Spend Analysis & Market Analysis to assess the position of your product category and potential suppliers.

  3. Design

    • Based on the objectives and analysis, we will develop a Strategic Sourcing methodology suitable for your product.

  4. Execute

    • We will execute on the agreed upon methodology - managing supplier negotiations, required documentation and contracts, and assessment of long-term suitability in line with project objectives.

  5. Manage

    • Based on our supplier assessments, we will manage the proposed supplier through the preparation of a ramp-up plan, performance criteria, and initial purchase.

    • We provide supplier relationship management support up to the first PO placement.

Our focus is on reducing risk of supply chain disruptions.

This could also translate to savings in terms of:

  • manufacturing lead time

  • logistics lead time

  • improvements in product quality

  • reductions in price

We have made quality our habit. It’s not something that we just strive for – we live by this principle every day.
