As one of the Managing Directors of SPARKD Partners, I bring to the table over a decade of professional experience as a Global Category Manager at one of the largest oilfield services company.
While there I led and managed an annual category spend of $200M, negotiated numerous strategic contracts and executed sourcing projects that generated over $5M a year in savings.
Having worked across the globe in Asia, Middle East and the US, I've learnt how cultures differ across the regions and how these impact the way businesses are conducted. My experiences allow me to leverage this knowledge and creatively solve supply challenges your business faces.

I'm Janice, one of the Managing Directors of SPARKD Partners. I spent two years as a Supply Chain Manager at one of the largest oilfield services company in the industry. There I honed my strengths in both market analysis and an understanding of raw material trends.
As a business owner, I have firsthand experience navigating difficult economic conditions and understand the importance of cost management in improving financials. I have a track record of finding creative, cost-saving solutions for my clients without sacrificing quality.
